Effective Date: October 17 , 2024

1. Cancellation Timeframes

No Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made three (3) or more days prior to the scheduled consultation, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made within one (1) day of the scheduled consultation, a cancellation fee of seventy percent (70%) of the total booking amount will apply.

2. Rescheduling

Rescheduling Requests: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance.
Rescheduling Fees: Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time may be subject to availability and may incur an additional fee, determined at the time of the rescheduling request.

3. Force Majeure

In the event of a Force Majeure event, such as a natural disaster, pandemic, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we may be unable to provide the consultation as scheduled. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and offer to reschedule the consultation or provide a refund, subject to our discretion.

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your scheduled consultation without providing prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged as a no-show fee.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation or no-show. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
